Once your project type is confirmed, you have two options: upload your documents directly, or use the PIER-Cycle — whereby the system automatically contacts your owner, designer, or vendor on your behalf to gather any documents that are needed. Our team monitors every outstanding item and follows up so nothing falls through the cracks.
